Pet Shop Boys+DAR

Saw the PSB tonight at DAR Constitution hall in DC. It was really good. A gay mans paradise. You would have thought they were auditioning for Queer Eye.

SPX=fun

Had a really good time. Although finding it was a little difficult. Was in a different location from last year. Spen tto much money...the screen printed calender was worth the $40...I think. The artist who worked on the prints can be found at team8design.com......oh yes and follow the life and times of Bill Roundy @ billroundy.com

SPX

These interiors pictures look a little to good to be true. But I do like the organic look.

Computer Guys

Kojo Nnamdi had his lastest version of The Computer Guys this week. One of the guys is no longer on the show and I am very happy about it. There was way to much yuking it up between the two of them as far as I was concerned.

Ethanol

Ethanol might not be the answer to all our energy needs but it might go a long way in helping us out. Last night on The Amazing Race one of the challenges involved turning sugar cane into ethanol. It was really cool to see it happen. I have a link to a story on ethanol here.

New Cricket DVDs!!!!

I bought two DVDs in Arlington on friday. The qaulity of the first one was pretty good. But havn't watched the second.

Koran 2.0

Diane Rehm continued her show from Febuary 17 concerning the Koran. Her guests Seyyed Hossien Nasr and Imam Yahya Hendi had to handle a few more difficult questions then the first show.

Good art book

This book is very good. Rolf Harris is a talented artist who dosn't take him self to serious. Makes you want to pick up a paint brush and create.

The end of an era....

After one show my podcasting career is over. I really enjoyed interviewing Prem Panicker in New York but without an interview subject I really can't produce a stand alone show. Today I consider myself the dullest podcaster alive. Go to the show and listen to the majic that never was.

Koran-without all the screaming

Diane Rehm had two gentlemen on her show that did a great job of talking about the Koran.

Walmart

I went to Walmart tonight to buy a gift card for a co worker and feel bad about it. He likes to shop there so that's what was decided for him...again I feel bad. Walmart is abad company and should be avoided at all cost.

Osama lo-def

You think a man who planned an attack that took years to put in place would a least put $300 into
a recording setup. Just heard his latest audio updates on the news. The audio was dreadful as Simon might say...Dog your just not bringing it.

Offended by Howard

Well it finally happened. I was offened by Stern a few days ago. Gay joke..no....Homeless person joke..no. He said that Stacey Kiebler had a good body but a but- her-face. As in everything on her is good but-her-face. Have you seen this girl. Under cute in the dictionary a photo of her could rest.

The Howard Stern show is on from 6am-1030am and I do my best to listen. Now there is a replay between 9pm-2am which will make getting to sleep that much harder for me.

HOWARD...HOWARD...HOWARD

At 6am east coast time the sound of a heart beating was drowned out by farting. The next new thing in radio had arrived. Howards first show was good, not great, but I was happy to hear him and the crew. It is only a matter of time before the people who claim to be looking out for us...and our wayword morals start to say we shouldn't have to listen to this stuff. Forgetting of course that we have gone out of our way to purchase this and other shows. Some may love the stripper lesbian stories. Me well yah those are ok, but I like the interplay between the crew.

Sirius-Podcast

Here is my setup in the work truck. Tuned to the dailysourcecode Adam Curry's excelent podcast.

Kojo Nnamdi

Since getting my Sirius radio I havn't been back to terrestrial radio that often. But when I do visit, Kojo's show is usually the reason. I have been a big fan for years and will continue to either listen to or download his show.

Cops Marathon

The FX network is running a Cops marathon and I can't turn away.
